I have never used a realtor before but Stephen made the experience seemless and understandable for the lay person such as myself. He is located in Souther Virginia and came/drove all the way up to Baltimore 3 months ago when I moved to meet me and show me multiple places as I had a short time to move and start work. My husband and I were first time home buyers. I was anxious about contacting a Real Estate Agent, there are so many companies and we were new to the area due to my husband being in the ARMY.
